O. KEITH EVANS, CPA

Managing Partner - Meridian Office

In 1989 Keith Evans joined REA, SHAW, GIFFIN & STUART, LLP after receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting with honors from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1988. Keith earned his CPA designation in 1990 and was admitted as a partner in 1998. He is a partner on our audit staff and also serves a variety of corporate and individual tax clients.

Keith holds current membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA); the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA), in which he has served on the Board of Governors; Beta Alpha Psi (an accounting honorary society) and Phi Kappa Tau social fraternity. He and his wife, Stacy, are actively involved in their church, Central United Methodist Church of Meridian.

Keith has served as President of the Meridian Lion's Club and on the Board of Directors of the Boy Scouts. In addition to his civic and professional responsibilities, Keith enjoys hunting, fishing and playing golf.

W. DOUGLAS COLEMAN, CPA, CVA

Audit Partner - Meridian Office

In 2001 Douglas Coleman joined REA, SHAW, GIFFIN & STUART, LLP after four years in the Memphis office of Arthur Andersen and two years in the Memphis office of Vining Sparks. Douglas received a Bachelor of Accountancy degree in 1993 and a Master of Accountancy degree in 1995, both from the University of Mississippi. Douglas earned his CPA designation in 1999, his CVA designation in 2005 and was admitted as a partner in 2006.

Douglas and his wife Katie have two children, Mac and Ella. They are members of First Presbyterian Church in Meridian.

Douglas is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). Douglas is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Meridian Council for the Arts, a member of the Meridian Chapter of Rotary International, past co-chairman of Art for Heart and has also served on the Deaconate of First Presbyterian Church. Douglas enjoys hunting, fishing and golf.

DENA C. LAGENDIJK, CPA, CSEP

Tax Partner - Meridian Office

Dena Lagendijk joined Rea, Shaw, Giffin & Stuart, LLP in 2004 and was admitted as a partner in 2010. Dena worked in both private industry and public accounting prior to joining our firm.

Dena received a Bachelor of Professional Accountancy degree from Mississippi State University in 1982. She earned her CPA designation in March 1986 and a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning (CSEP) designation in December 2000.

A native of Meridian, Dena and her husband, Arjen, have two children, Jennifer and Jamie. They are active members of Fifteenth Avenue Baptist Church in Meridian.

Dena currently holds membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA). Dena is currently serving on the Board of Governors for the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants. Dena is also an active participant in Tax Twenty, a select group of accountants from various areas of the United States who exchange information concerning tax practice and technical issues.

Dena is a lifetime member of the Junior Auxiliary of Meridian, Mississippi. She formerly held the position of Financial Advisor for the Delta Lambda chapter of Delta Gamma Sorority at Mississippi State University, treasurer of the Meridian Jaycees and treasurer of the Lamar School PALS (Parent Association of Lamar School).

NOAH DAVIS, CPA

Tax Partner - Meridian Office

Noah Davis joined Rea, Shaw, Giffin & Stuart, LLP in 2021 after beginning his career in the Nashville & New York offices of KPMG. Noah received his Bachelor of Accountancy degree in 2018 and his Master of Accountancy degree in 2019 – both from the University of Mississippi. While in the master’s program, Noah passed all four parts of the CPA exam; he subsequently obtained his CPA license in 2020.

Noah is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and a graduate of the AICPA’s Leadership Academy. Additionally, Noah is a member of the Mississippi Society of CPAs (MSCPA) where he has held numerous roles including board member, Young CPA Network board member, Tax Committee Millennial Chair, etc. Noah is, also, a member of the Meridian Chapter of Rotary International.

Noah moved to Meridian in 2020, shortly before marrying his wife, Kate. They are members of First Christian Church. Outside of his professional and civic responsibilities, Noah enjoys keeping up with all things Ole Miss athletics and Arsenal FC.

SHAWNA POST, CPA

Audit Partner - Meridian Office

Shawna began her career with Rea, Shaw, Giffin and Stuart in 2005 after graduating from Mississippi State University. Shawna specializes in auditing and assurance services.

Over the years, Shawna served as an Audit Manager before reaching partner status. She has two decades of experience in auditing and assurance services related to many different industries.

Shawna and her husband, Andrew, have two children, Kristen Hamner and husband, Hunter, Kalyn Post and two grandchildren, Hayze and Holden Hamner. Shawna and her family are active members of The Pursuit Church of Meridian.

Shawna is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA).Shawna is a graduate of Leadership Lauderdale. She serves as Treasurer of the Care Lodge Executive Board of Directors and Treasurer of The Pursuit Church of Meridian

JOHN DAVID OUBRE, CPA

Tax Partner - Meridian Office

In 2019 John David Oubre joined Rea, Shaw, Giffin & Stuart, LLP after three years of accounting and tax work in Starkville, MS. John David received a Bachelor of Accountancy degree in 2017 from Mississippi State University. John David earned his CPA designation in 2023 and was admitted as a partner in 2024. He is a partner on our tax staff and serves a variety of individual, partnership, and corporate taxpayers.

John David and his wife Rebecca currently reside in Collinsville, MS and have one daughter, Katherine. They are active members of First Presbyterian Church of Meridian.

John David is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Mississippi Society of Public Accountants (MSCPA). He is also a member of the Meridian Chapter of Rotary International where he currently serves on the Board of Directors. He is a Leadership Lauderdale graduate. In his free time, John David enjoys the outdoors, including hunting, golfing, and fishing.
