Third Party Client Disclosure Consents

We do not share our client's personal information with outside parties without the client's express consent and prior approval by the partner. Federal law requires us to provide a consent form to the client. Unless authorized by law, we cannot disclose, without consent, a client's tax return information to third parties for any purposes other than the preparation and filing of their tax returns.  We are also required to obtain a consent form before releasing financial information to a ‘Third Party’. Consent forms can be printed or download using the links below.
