RICHARD L. JAMES, CPA     Managing Partner - Waynesboro Office Richard James joined REA, SHAW, GIFFIN & STUART, LLP in 1974 and was admitted as partner in 1980. After earning his Bachelor of Science degree from Livingston University in 1974, Richard went on to receive his CPA designation in 1976. He has been serving as Managing Partner for our Waynesboro office since 1980. He provides our clients with expertise in tax and accounting services. Richard holds current membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA). Locally he is an active member of the Waynesboro Rotary Club.
