STEVEN L. COOKSEY, CPA    Audit Partner - Meridian Office   In 1999 Steven joined REA, SHAW, GIFFIN & STUART, LLP after receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Industry (concentration in accounting) from the Mississippi State University – Meridian Campus. Steven earned his CPA designation in 2001 and was admitted as a partner in 2009. Steven is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA); the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA), and Phi Kappa Phi (an academic honorary society.  He has also served as a past president and board member of the Meridian Kiwanis Club.   A native of Meridian, Steven and his wife, Tracy, have two children, Savannah and Sarah. They are actively involved in their church, Abundant Life Tabernacle. In his spare time, Steven enjoys hunting, fishing, and just being outdoors with his family.
